If I can’t attend the event, can I get a refund?

Our official policy is no refunds. That said, we are currently offering refunds up to 48 hours before the event start time.

PLEASE NOTE: The refund window closes at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 16.

Is food included in the price of the ticket?

Festival tickets come with 2 redeemable food tickets included. Additional food tokens are available for purchase.

I found tickets online. Should I buy them?

You can, but we strongly recommend having the ticket owner contact us, Cc’ing you, to arrange a proper ticket transfer.

I am buying tickets as a gift for someone else, is there anything I should do?

It’s not entirely necessary, but you can email us, Cc’ing the new owner of the tickets, to arrange for an ownership transfer.

Do I need to present a valid I.D. at this event?

Yes. This event is adult-only and you may be asked to present your I.D. for access.

What do I get for my ticket?

Your ticket includes access to the event, 10 sample tickets, 2 redeemable food tickets, and a take-home 7oz. glass.

If I want more drink tickets, can I purchase more?

Absolutely. Additional drink tickets are $3 each and will be available at the Curated Magazine tent. Please be advised that the Halifax Cocktail Festival has the right to refuse service.

Can I purchase more food tickets?

Yes. Just go to the Curated Magazine tent for more tickets.

How long is each session (afternoon and evening)?

Each session is three hours in length.

If I don’t use my drink tickets or food token, can I get a refund on them?

Unfortunately, not. This event was budgeted around a 10 drink ticket and 2 food ticket model.

Can I bring my infant or child with me?

Unfortunately not. ECCF is 19+ only.

Will you have taxis at your event?

Yes. You will find Casino taxis waiting at the hotel entrance.

Is this event wheelchair accessible?

Yes.

Will there be a designated driver ticket?

There will not. The Halifax Cocktail Festival is a showcase of cocktails and mocktails, so can choose which you prefer.
